things are moving at quite a slow pace these days (obviously) and i have to say that i love it... i've been working a lot at the show plus have done a bit of design work... i went to my friend's art show last night (see the 05.15.03 entry) and my bathroom was a smash hit... have also been very physically active lately... it's summer (finally)... like just the other day when i walked from 105th street to work at union square... (that's over a hundred blocks for those of you who don't live here)... i'm even wearing shorts today... neat... went in and changed my store around a bit yesterday... now if you click the "store" link in the menu above you'll have the option to purchase things with my old drug tag or with the new happy tag... i also lowered the price on everything so you can afford it... (this means that i'd like you to buy somthing now please thank you... kiss...) hmmm... what else??? oh, it just started raining and i'm sure that by the time i head out for work tonight that it'll be too cold for shorts... urgh... i haven't been to any blog functions in a long time... don't even know if they're still happening... i think i've been removed from everyone's blogger list 'cause, well 'cause i guess i haven't been blogging much... i'm tryin' here, folks, i really am... oh, yeah... charlie was in hx magazine last week... they took pictures during boys night (a.k.a. "big faggot night" - next dates june 4th & 27th) at de la guarda... (he's the one under the leg in the first picture and the one screaming in the second)... i may think of other things to post and if i do i promise i'll write soon... *kiss*

WEDNESDAY | 05.21.03 | 2:44pm | things to see and do charlie and i went to the blue man group complex tour on monday night... it was great!!! (you should definitely check out the album)... the guest performers were tracy bonham (you may remember her from her 1996 single "mother mother") and venus hum (very similar to björk a la sugarcubes days only updated a bit)... it was an amazing show and since then i've been downloading some venus hum tunes... i'm really digging them... in other news, work has been good... i'm having a blast at de la guarda... which reminds me... i thought it would be fun to have a little contest here to see how long it would take to get a winner (kind of a way to see if people are even still reading this site)... here goes... the first person to respond to this wins two free tickets to the show tonight at 8:00pm... the only rules are that you have to actually live in new york and if you say you want them then you have to use them... okay... on your mark, get set, go!!! THURSDAY | 05.15.03 | 1:59pm | back by popular demand hmmm... boredom... bad... changes... good... it's been may for 15 days and you've been wondering what the heck i've been up to... well, i obviously haven't been letting you guys in on what's going on in my life and i do apologize for that... you must think i don't love you but it's not true... oh no no no... i love you lots and i feel like such a bad person for not keeping you up to date... i've been working the last few weeks at de la guarda as an usher... it keeps me busy and i'm working with all the people that i spend my time with anyway... it seems perfect... i also did a bunch of work for ari and have a couple of little design gigs lined up... yesterday i helped my friend granite paint the bathroom at the gallery where he will have his art show on the 29th... a couple of nights ago charlie and i rented near dark... i recommend it highly... it also has an appearance by james legros who starred in one of my favorites (scotland, pa.)... also, you should rent freeway starring reese witherspoon and kiefer sutherland... it's so fucking good, bob!!! i dyed my hair blue black... it looks good... i got a tax return of $235 and that was mildly pleasing... i decided to change the way my site looks... i kinda like it... the whole drug ad thing was very popular (and you can still purchase items with that logo for a limited time) but i had it for such a long time and it was boring me... i also haven't been spending much time online... i don't know... i just haven't been motivated to... i did check my site referrals today, though, and thought i'd share a couple with ya... there are some weirdos out there, huh???
that never gets old... i also know that i need to spend a good day or so just catching up on what's going on in the lives of my old friends... i feel like such an ass... oh, speaking of old friends i didn't go to the faerie gathering this year... there were several reasons for that... a major reason was just the absolute lack of funds... another was that i just didn't feel like i was in the right "place" in respect to the universe to put myself in that environment... i've been laying low, you know... sorta underground... lurking in the shadows... being in the middle of the woods with 400 people just didn't seem appealing at the time.. hmmm... what else... i don't know... i'm sure that if i remember something to tell you that i will... hope this can suffice for now, though... love you...
