surprise!!! sorry to anyone who still reads my site... (you two are great!!!)... i've been adjusting to big changes in my life and i'm glad to report that i'm so happy and so excited about the future... so you wanna know what's been going on, huh??? okay... grab a pack of smokes and a pizza... take off those shoes... sit down... put your feet up and turn off your telephone... here goes... brian and i seperated back in january... it was difficult for me to accept that it was happening so i put on one of those "i'm so happy" faces out in public... while it wasn't easy it was a healthy seperation... good for both of us... it all began when little things about new york started to irk me and i considered a move... i talked to brian about it quite a bit and we decided that a seperation would be best... sort of a transition into my leaving... i moved in with friends charlie and heather on the upper west side... they were full of love and support and welcomed me into their home... things got pretty easy and then the relationship with charlie got bigger and deeper than either of us ever imagined it would... there were moments when both of us got a little scared of it and tried to keep it from getting out of control, but some things just can't be stopped... we became lovers... the show that he performs in announced that they'd be closing on may 4th so he and i started planning our departure from new york together... the relationship continued to develop and has become one that is beautiful beyond words... life feels really good... in march i told the world how good life felt through the healing power of helvetica... that tattoo pretty much sums up how i've been feeling the last few months... i had a couple of little work gigs including this site and that's all good... recently, charlie's show announced that there is a chance that the show will be extended past the 4th of may, but if it is we've already decided to leave the city... we may move upstate temporarily, but no matter what we both know that it's time to leave... also, expect a few changes around revolution freedom soon... i'm planning a slight redesign/rethinking of the site and what it contains... should be fun... THURSDAY | 04.03.03 | 2:25pm | tick tock tick tock tick tock i do apologize for the lack of excitement displayed here recently... haven't had a lot of time to get up here and give y'all an update... i've also been wondering how much of my current affairs to actually disclose here... there is really a lot going on... it's just so difficult for me to handle personally that i don't even know yet how to put it down on paper... okay okay... it's not paper, but you know what i mean... i will say that this site should be getting a little more interesting soon and that it will probably take on a slightly new look in the next few months... i will be hitting the road sometime in june so it will become more of a travelogue... that will be fun, right??? and who knows, maybe one day soon i might fill you in on all the shit going down in my life right now... don't you worry about me... most of it is really good shit...
